摘  要:目的研究脑出血患者疾病诊断相关分组(diagnosis related groups,DRGs)病例组合方案,制定各组费用标准,为相关部门制定该病种住院费用本土化的分组方案和支付标准提供参考。方法以1816例脑出血患者为研究对象,在单因素分析、多元线性回归分析和分位数回归分析基础上结合决策树构建DRGs病例组合并计算各组标准费用。结果以手术方式、住院天数、呼吸机使用为分类节点构建了9个DRGs病例组合,标准费用参考值分别为19934.82元、24363.21元、49212.65元、53809.16元、67713.05元、97559.18元、135781.60元、38007.73元和82127.80元。结论分组结果较为理想,分组方案和制定的住院费用标准可为相关部门提供一定参考。Objective To study the case combination scheme of diagnosis related groups(DRGs)of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and to formulate the expense standards of each group,so as to provide reference for relevant departments to formulate the grouping scheme and payment standard of localization of hospitalization expenses of this disease.Methods A total of 1816 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were taken as the research object,based on monofactor analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and quantile regression analysis,combined with decision tree,the case combination of DRGs was constructed,and the standard cost of each group was calculated.Results Nine DRGs case combinations were constructed according to surgical method,hospitalization days and ventilator use as classification nodes.The standard cost reference value is 19934.82 yuan,24363.21 yuan,49212.65 yuan,53809.16 yuan,67713.05 yuan,97559.18 yuan,135781.60 yuan,38007.73 yuan and 82127.80 yuan.Conclusion The grouping results are ideal.The group scheme and the formulation of hospitalization fees can provide a certain reference for the relevant departments.
