摘  要:通过问卷调查法和观察法,了解幼儿教师的体育教学能力、体育教学内容、体育教学形式以及实践教学情况;根据幼儿园的需求制订并实施体育培训计划。研究表明,通过体育培训,幼儿教师的运动技能、讲解示范能力、教学设计能力、团队配合能力和教学总结能力提升效果显著。Through the questionnaire survey and observation method,we can know the PE teaching ability,PE teaching content,PE teaching form and practice teaching situation and practical teaching of preschool teachers,and formulate and implement PE training plans according to the needs of kindergartens.Research shows that the sports skills,explanation and demonstration ability,teaching design ability,team cooperation ability and teaching summary ability of preschool teachers are significantly improved through sports training.
