摘　　要：本文针对高职教师评价的现实困境,提出了新时代高职教师发展性评价思路,从指标设置、评价机制等方面设计了高职教师“智能档案袋”评价模式。该方案要达成高职教师发展性评价目标,大数据获取是基础,“发展性”思维是核心,“智能化”水平是关键。In view of the realistic dilemma of teachers'evaluation in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the idea of teachers'developmental evaluation in higher vocational colleges in the new era,and designs the"intelligent portfolio"evaluation model of higher vocational teachers from the aspects of index setting and evaluation mechanism.In order to achieve the goal of teachers'developmental evaluation,big data acquisition is the basis,developmental thinking is the core,and intelligent level is the key.
