摘 要:“大思政”理念是共生、发展、系统的思政教育,大思政教育与实践育人的最终目标都是实现“立德树人”,二者互为保障、彼此补充,具有较强的耦合关系。在当前谋划与构建“大思政”格局下,高职院校实践育人工作面临着理念理解不透彻、教育资源分配机制缺位、载体功能发挥不足等现实问题。因此,各教育主体应在明确“大思政”教育理念的基础上,不断完善实践育人机制、优化实践育人载体,进而为实践育人探索新路径。The concept of"Great Ideological Politics"refers to symbiotic,developmental,and systematic ideological and political education.The ultimate goal of both great ideological politics education and practical education is to"build moral character".These goals are mutually guaranteed and complementary,and have a strong coupling relationship.In the current planning and construction of the"Great Ideological Politics"pattern,practical education in higher vocational colleges faces realistic problems such as imperfect understanding of the concept,a lack of educational resource allocation mechanism,and an insufficient function of the carrier.Therefore,to explore new paths for practical education,each education body should clarify the concept of"Great Ideological Politics"education,continuously improve the mechanism of practical education,and optimize the carrier of practical education.
