摘  要:阐述了智慧图书馆人力资源管理的重要性,分析了智慧图书馆人力资源管理存在的问题,提出了智慧图书馆人力资源管理的相关策略,包括制定可持续发展的人力资源管理规划、细分岗位职责、拓宽人力资源范畴、完善考核评价制度、完善激励机制、建立健全继续教育制度等。Smart library isn′t equal to unmanned library,and librarian is the core for the smart library,whose service quality depends on the management and utilization of human resource.The importance of human resource management was expounded,the existing problems of human resource management of smart libraries,such as the lack of sufficient attention to human resource management,less effective personnel allocation,inadequate training mechanism and unclear incentives were analyzed.The strategies of human resource management in smart libraries,including the formulation of sustainable development of human resource management planning,subdivided job responsibilities,broadening the scope of human resources,improving the assessment and evaluation system as well as the incentive mechanism,and establishing and perfecting the continuing education system,were proposed.
