摘  要:目的:探究健康教育程序在抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月谷城县人民医院就诊收治的抑郁症患者36例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组18例。对照组给予常规护理模式进行干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施健康教育干预。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的改善情况,采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者抑郁症状改善情况。结果:与入院当天比较,入院1个月及2个月后,观察组SDS评分、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:健康教育程序在抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果较好,可显著改善患者的睡眠质量,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of health education program in nursing of patients with depression and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 36 patients with depression admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 18 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing mode for intervention,and the observation group was given health education intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality before and after intervention.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)was used to compare the improvement of depressive symptoms between 2 groups.Results:Compared with the day of admission,SDS scores and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group 1 and 2 months after admission,and the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education program in the care of patients with depression is good,can significantly improve the quality of sleep of patients,worthy of popularization and application.
