摘 要:西南地区隧道开挖过程中经常出现大变形的危害,以破碎炭质板岩隧道的变形情况尤为严重。以某新建隧道出现的大变形情况为主要研究内容,通过对隧道变形的规律及特征进行分析,初步确定了隧道变形的主要因素,通过室内模型试验,对地应力的大小及围岩特性进行模拟,得到了不同因素下隧道的变形特征。试验结果表明,地应力对变形的分布规律有一定的影响,但是开挖后应力释放引起的炭质板岩强度劣化及扩容是形成隧道大变形的主因。通过岩样的X射线衍射(以下简称XRD)成分测定分析,得到了该隧道大变形的变形机理,由此提出了隧道大变形的主要措施,供相关隧道的设计及施工参考。The damage of large deformation often occurs in the process of tunnel excavation in southwest China,and the deformation of broken carbonaceous slate tunnel is particularly serious.This paper takes the large deformation of a new tunnel as the main research content.Through the analysis of the law and characteristics of tunnel deformation,the main factors of tunnel deformation are preliminarily determined.Through the indoor model test,the magnitude of ground stress and the characteristics of surrounding rock are simulated,and the deformation characteristics of tunnel under different factors are obtained.The test results show that the ground stress has a certain influence on the distribution of deformation,but the strength deterioration and dilation of carbonaceous slate caused by stress release after excavation are the main reasons for the large deformation of tunnel.Through the XRD analysis of rock samples,the deformation mechanism of the large deformation of the tunnel is obtained,and the main measures for the large deformation of the tunnel are put forward for the design and construction of the tunnel.
