摘 要:目的探究与分析基于案例导入的BOPPPS模式在中医传染病教学中的应用。方法选取2018年4月—2020年4月在中国医科大学附属第一医院接受中医传染病教学的医学生90名,采取随机数字表法分组,各45名。对照组给予常规教学模式,观察组给予基于案例导入的BOPPPS模式,对比2组考核成绩、教学效果以及满意度。结果观察组与对照组相比理论成绩、技能成绩、病例分析成绩、诊断成绩、鉴别诊断成绩及治疗成绩均较高,医学生教学效果问卷调查结果中认为激发学习兴趣、提高学习自主能力、提升中医思维、提高医患沟通能力、提高综合分析能力、提高学习效率、提高学生参与度、使中医临床教学更加有利于学生理解、提高中医临床实践技能、中医理论知识和临床更好地结合医学生所占比例较高,医学生对教学方法的总满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于案例导入的BOPPPS模式在中医传染病教学中的应用可明显提高医学生各个方面的成绩,获得更好的教学效果,对于教学方法的满意度也较高。Objective To explore and analyze the application of the BOPPPS model based on case introduction in the teaching of infectious diseases of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 90 medical students in The First Hospital of China Medical University who have received teaching of infectious disease of traditional Chinese medicine.They were divided into groups by random number table method,with 45 students in each group.The control group was given the conventional teaching mode,and the observation group was given the BOPPPS model based on case introduction.The two sets of assessment results,teaching effects and satisfaction were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher theoretical scores,skill scores,case analysis scores,diagnostic scores,differential diagnosis scores,and treatment scores.The results of the questionnaire survey on the teaching effectiveness of medical students believed that they stimulated learning interest,improved learning autonomy,improve traditional Chinese medicine thinking,improve doctor-patient communication skills,improve comprehensive analysis capabilities,improve learning efficiency,increase student participation,make traditional Chinese medicine clinical teaching more conducive to student understanding,improve traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice skills,traditional Chinese medicine theoretical knowledge,and better clinical integrated medicine The proportion of students is higher,and medical students are more satisfied with teaching methods,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the BOPPPS model based on case introduction in the teaching of infectious disease of traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the performance of medical students in all aspects,obtain better teaching results,and have a higher satisfaction with the teaching methods.
