摘 要:目的建立适合长春中医药大学培养目标的中西医结合专业研究生的培养模式,以提高研究生临床实践能力及研究生培养质量。方法通过文献检索及专家问卷调查等方法,梳理并总结出目前中西医结合专业研究生培养模式存在的缺陷,并提出改革措施,建立长春中医药大学中西医结合专业研究生培养体系。结果目前中西医结合研究生的培养模式的缺陷主要存在于教学和规培环节,改革措施可从课程设置、教学模式、教材编写、优化考核、导师培养、强化规培等方面进行综合改革,注重临床,以培养实践能力为目标。结论以培养具备中西医临床思维的“长白山流派传人”为目标,坚持“双基础、重创新、强临床、突特色”的培养理念的研究生培养模式能够提升研究生临床实践能力。Objective To establish the training model of the postgraduate majoring in the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in order to improve their clinical practice ability.Methods By means of literature retrieval and expert questionnaire survey,this paper sorted out and summarized the defects in the current training mode of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine graduate students,and put forward reform measures to establish the training system of integrated traditional Chinese and western graduate students in Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.Results It is found that the defects of the training model mainly exist in the teaching and regulation training links.The reform measures mainly start from the curriculum setting,teaching model,textbook compilation,optimization assessment,tutor training,strengthening regulation training and so on.Conclusion Aiming at cultivating“successors of Changbai Mountain School”with clinical thinking of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and adhering to the training concept of“double foundation,emphasis on innovation,strong clinical and rapid characteristics”,the graduate training mode can improve the clinical practice ability of graduate students.
