摘 要:目的探讨丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗对急性脑梗死患者抗氧化能力及神经功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年10月我院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为两组各40例。除常规治疗外,对照组采用依达拉奉治疗,研究组采用丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗,均持续治疗14 d。比较两组患者的抗氧化能力、神经功能及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平均高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组患者的不良反应发生率(5.00%vs.7.50%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丁苯酞联合依达拉奉治疗可明显增强急性脑梗死患者的抗氧化能力,防止脂质过度氧化,改善患者的脑组织损伤,促进其神经功能恢复,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the influence on antioxidant capacity and neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction treated by butylphthalide combined with edaravone.Methods 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.In addition to routine treatment,the control group was treated with edaravone,and the study group was treated with butylphthalide combined with edaravone.Both groups continued treatment for 14 days.The antioxidant capacity,neurological function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the superoxide dismutase(SOD)and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the malondialdehyde(MDA)level and NIHSS score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);During the treatment,no statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(5.00%vs.7.50%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Butylphthalide combined with edaravone can significantly enhance the antioxidant capacity of patients with acute cerebral infarction,prevent the lipid overoxidation,improve the brain tissue damage and promote the recovery of neurological function with higher safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
