摘 要:目的研究双师制教学在中医临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选择2020年7月新入职本科护士20人作为双师制教学研究对象并纳入双师组,以往以传统教学方法培训的20名新护士纳入传统组,最后在柯氏模型的基础上以问卷调查方法从4个层面(反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层)进行培训效果评价。结果双师组培训目标、管理、组织、内容及总体情况评分皆高于传统组(P<0.05);理论成绩及操作成绩比较,双师组高于传统组(P<0.05);护理行为、岗位能力、专业发展能力、专业人文素养及思想态度评分比较,双师组皆高于传统组(P<0.05);个人受益及组织受益评分比较,双师组高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论双师制教学应用于中医临床护理带教中较传统教学培训效果更好,可有效规范和提升新护士中医护理能力,显著提高新护士综合素质和对带教方法的满意度。Objective To study the application effect of two-teacher teaching in clinical nursing teaching of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Twenty newly enrolled undergraduate nurses in July 2020 were selected as the research objects of the two-teacher teaching system and included in the two-teacher group.Twenty new nurses who had been trained by traditional teaching methods were included in the traditional group.Finally,the training effect was evaluated from four levels(response level,learning level,behavior level and outcome level)by questionnaire survey based on the Koch model.Results The scores of training objectives,management,organization,content and overall situation of the two-teacher group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05);compared with the traditional group,the theoretical and operational scores of the double-teacher group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05);the scores of nursing behavior,job ability,professional development ability,professional humanistic quality and ideological attitude of the two teachers group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05);the scores of individual benefit and organizational benefit were higher in the double division group than in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conelusion The application of two-teacher teaching in TCM clinical nursing teaching is better than the traditional teaching training,which can effectively regulate and improve the TCM nursing ability of new nurses,significantly improve the comprehensive quality of new nurses and their satisfaction with the teaching.
