摘 要:为实现气调仓不揭膜情况下有效降低粮温,减轻反复揭膜压膜劳动强度,减少氮气损失,降低成本,运用密闭式变频制冷机组和配套的密封环流管道,处理薄膜密闭状态下的粮堆,密闭式变频制冷机组以膜下环流(下行通风)的方式不断为粮堆补充冷源,平均粮温从23.5℃降至17.5℃,达到不揭膜降低整体粮温和减少氮气损失的目的,为下一步优化控温气调技术和储粮工艺提供借鉴。In order to effectively reduce the grain temperature without uncovering the film in the controlled atmosphere silo, reduce the labor intensity of repeatedly uncovering and pressing the film, reduce the nitrogen loss, and reduce the cost, the closed frequency conversion refrigeration unit and the supporting sealed circulation pipeline were used to treat the grain pile in the closed film state. The closed frequency conversion refrigeration unit continuously replenishes the cold source for the grain pile in the form of the circulation under the film (downward ventilation). The average grain temperature was reduced from 23.5℃ to 17.5℃, in order to achieve the purpose of reducing the overall grain temperature and reducing the nitrogen loss without uncovering the film, and it also provides a reference for the next step to optimize the temperature control and gas regulation technology and grain storage technology.
