摘  要:高等教育(本科)国家级教学成果奖是国家在高等教育(本科)教学研究与实践领域中颁授的最高奖项,对推动高等教育教学改革、提升高校人才培养质量具有重要作用。对2022年高等教育(本科)国家级教学成果奖候选项目进行实证分析发现:区域、省份候选项目分布不均衡,“非双一流”本科院校校均候选项目较少;单位间壁垒亟待突破,专任教师统筹教育教学改革能力有待提升;相关微观问题需要进一步关注。基于此,高等教育(本科)国家级教学成果奖的培育与评选应该遵循:扶助薄弱地区,激发教改动力;开发分类评价,鼓励特色教改;探索合作机制,推进协同互补;开展教学学术,提升教改能力;坚持问题导向,促进推广扩散等路径,进而引导我国高等教育教学改革,促进我国高等教育高质量发展。Higher Education(Undergraduate)State-Level Teaching Award is the highest award in the field of higher education(undergraduate)teaching research and practice,which plays an important role in promoting the teaching reform of higher education and improving the quality of talent training in colleges and universities.Based on the empirical study on the candidate projects of the 2022 Higher Education(Un­dergraduate)State-Level Teaching Award,the distribution of candidate projects in regions and prov­inces is uneven,the candidate projects in"non double first-class"undergraduate universities are fewer;barriers between units need to be broken,and the ability of full-time teachers to coordinate education and teaching reform needs to be improved;related micro problems require further attention.Based on these,the cultivation and selection of the Higher Education(Undergraduate)State-Level Teaching A-ward should follow the following principles and measures:assisting the weak areas and stimulating the motivation of educational reform;developing the classified evaluation and encouraging the characteris­tic teaching reform;exploring the cooperation mechanism and promoting coordination and complement­ation;developing the scholarship of teaching and improving the ability of educational reform;adhering to the problem orientation and encouraging promotion and diffusion.We hope all these can guide the teaching reform of higher education in China and promote the high-quality development of higher edu­cation in China.
