摘  要:目的 评价以问题为基础的学习(PBL)联合沉浸式教学模式相较于传统教学方法在整形外科研究生及进修医师培养中的应用效果。方法 将2018年8月至2021年8月在青岛大学附属医院整形外科实习学习的研究生及进修医师共28名按照随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,每组14名,试验组学员采用PBL联合沉浸式教学模式,对照组学员采用传统教学模式。通过闭卷考试(包括理论知识考试与病例分析及实践能力考试)和问卷调查的形式评价教学效果。结果 试验组学员的理论考试平均成绩为(88.21±6.79)分,略高于对照组的(86.89±5.86)分,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在病例分析与实践能力考试中,试验组学员得(87.76±6.97)分,明显优于对照组的(74.57±7.89)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对试验组学员的问卷调查结果显示,85.7%以上的同学认为PBL联合沉浸式教学模式可以提高学习积极性、增加知识深度与广度、提高自学能力与团队合作力、提高临床思维与分析能力、增强医患沟通能力。结论 采用PBL联合沉浸式教学模式较传统教学模式具有更好的教学效果。Objective To evaluate the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with im-mersive teaching mode,in comparison with traditional teaching methods,in the training of graduate students and re-fresher doctors of plastic surgery.Methods A total of 28 graduate students and refresher doctors who studied in Depart-ment of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from August 2018 to August 2021 were ran-domly divided into experimental group and control group,with 14 students in each group.PBL combined with immer-sive teaching mode was used in the experimental group,and traditional teaching mode was used in the control group.The teaching effect is evaluated in the form of closed-book examination(including theoretical knowledge test,case anal-ysis,and practical ability test)and questionnaire survey.Results In theoretical knowledge test,the average scores of the two groups were slightly higher in the experimental group than in the control group,but there was no significant dif-ference between the two groups(P>0.05).In case analysis and practical ability examination,the average score was sig-nificantly better in the experimental group than the control group:(88.21±6.79)points vs(86.89±5.86)points,P<0.05.According to the questionnaire survey results,more than 85.7%of the students believed that PBL combined with im-mersive teaching mode can improve learning enthusiasm,increase the depth and breadth of knowledge,improve self-study ability and teamwork ability,improve clinical thinking and analysis ability,and enhance doctor-patient com-munication ability.Conclusion PBL combined with immersive teaching mode has better teaching effect than tradition-al teaching mode.
