摘　　要：阴囊脂肪瘤是一种起源于阴囊间皮细胞的罕见间叶性肿瘤,其病因及发病的分子机制等尚不清楚。由于其罕见,临床诊疗工作中很容易误诊,笔者通过对收治的一例双侧阴囊巨大脂肪瘤病例进行报告,以提高对本病的认识。Scrotal lipoma is a rare mesenchymal tumor originating from the mesothelial cells of the scro-tum.Its etiology and molecular mechanism are still unclear.Due to its rarity,it is easy to be misdiagnosed in clinical diagnosis and treatment.A case of bilateral scrotal giant lipoma was reported to improve the understanding of this disease.
