教师在“大思政课”建设中发挥主导作用的基本素质探析

摘　　要：“大思政课”建设对于提高高校立德树人的成效具有重要意义。它强调拓展课程育人格局,实现课程思政高质量开展。教师是育人的重要主体,在“大思政课”建设过程中应当发挥主导作用。目前,教师在发挥大思政课建设中的主导作用方面,还存在着教师育人理念不够明确、育人情怀不够深厚、育人本领有待增强、担当作为有待强化、师德修养有待提高等问题。教师在“大思政课”建设中发挥主导作用,应树立育人理念、饱含育人情怀、增强育人本领、勇于担当作为和提高师德修养。“Big ideological and political course”is of great significance to improve the effect of moral education in universities.It expands the pattern of education and realizes the high quality of ideological and political development.Teachers are important subjects of education and should play a leading role in the construction of ideological and political courses.At present,in terms of giving full play to the leading role of teachers in the construction of ideological and political courses,there are still some problems.Teachers should play the leading role in the construction of ideological and political courses,establish the concept of education with full of feelings of education and the ability of education,and have the courage to take responsibility for their work and improve the cultivation of teacher’ethics.
