摘 要:企业科技人才是企业的核心财富,企业是否能留住科技人才将会直接影响到企业核心技术研发的稳定性及企业经济的可持续发展能力。如何有效地留住企业现有人才且持续引进优秀的科技人才则是企业人力资源开发中需要关注的重点。本文主要针对企业科技人才的引进机制提出具有针对性的战略方针。本文为企业构建规范化、科学化、可执行化的科技人才引进指明方向,对企业科技人才活力的长久维持与创造力的不断激发具有现实意义。Enterprise scientific and technological talents are the core wealth of enterprises,and whether enterprises can retain scientific and technological talents will directly affect the stability of enterprise core technology research development and the sustainable development ability of the enterprise economy.How to effectively retain the existing talents of enterprises and continuously introduce excellent scientific and technological talents are key focus that needs to be paid attention to in the development of human resources in enterprises.This article mainly proposes targeted strategic policies for the introduction mechanism of scientific and technological talents in enterprises.This article points out the direction for enterprises to build standardized,scientific,and executable scientific and technological talent introduction,which has practical significance for the long-term maintenance of enterprise technology talent innovation vitality and continuous stimulation of creativity.
