摘　　要：项目驱动式教学是一种“项目主线、学生中心、教师引导”的教学方式。以“流苏石斛无菌播种”为核心内容实施项目驱动式实践教学,激发学生创新意识、实训学生操作技能、培养学生工匠精神,取得良好成效,为实践性课程教学改革提供依据。Project—driven teaching is a teaching method of taking project as the main line,student as the center,teacher as the guidance.Taking sterile seeding of Dendrobium fimbriatum as the core content,the project-driven practical teaching is implemented to stimulate students'innovative consciousness,improve students'operational skills,and cultivate students9 craftsman spirit,which has achieved good results and provided reference for the teaching reform of practical couises.
