摘  要:精品开放课程是教育教学和信息技术的有效融合,共享高等教育的优质教育资源进行,使得学习突破了时空的限制,颠覆了传统的教学方式。同时精品开放课程的建设和应用也成为深化高等教育改革、提高高等教育质量、推进高等教育公平的重要手段。在过去的二十多年中,我国高校的精品开放课程建设从无到有,从弱到强,取得了惊人的成绩。在精品开放课程飞速发展的过程中,也出现了很多的问题和矛盾,阻碍了其良性有序的发展。本文对这些问题进行了剖析和梳理,旨为相关的研究提供借鉴和参考。High-quality open curriculums integrate education and teaching and information technology effectively,and share the high-quality educational resources of higher education,which makes learning break through the limitations of time and space and subverts the traditional teaching methods.Meanwhile the construction and application of high-quality open courses have become an important means to deepen the reform of higher education,improve the quality of higher education and promote the fairness of higher education.In the past twenty years,the amazing achievements on construction of high-quality open courses have been made from scratch.In the process of the rapid development of high-quality open curriculum,there are also many problems and contradictions,which hinder its benign and orderly development.In this paper,problems of the development of high-quality open curriculum have been analyzed and sorted out in order to provide reference for relevant researches.
