摘　　要：我国高等职业教育的发展迎来了空前的机遇,这要归功于对外开放程度的不断提高和改革的逐步深化,随之而来的是人才的培养也面临着挑战。为助力日益增长的培养高素质技能型人才的高职教育的需求,受众学生较多的公共基础必修课高职英语的教学改革与研究势在必行。本文基于需求分析理论阐释了开展ESP教学的必要性,并对高职院校如何进行ESP行业英语教学改革做了剖析,以期各专业行业英语的教学实践能够更好地为专业发展提供助力,也能进一步提高学生的综合能力。The development of higher vocational education in China has ushered in unprecedented opportunities,which is due to the continuous improvement of the degree of opening to the outside world and the gradual deepening of reform,followed by the training of talents is also facing challenges.In order to help the growing demand for higher vocational education to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,the teaching reform and research of higher vocational English,a public compulsory course with a large audience of students,is imperative.Based on the theory of demand analysis,this paper explains the necessity of developing ESP teaching,and analyzes how higher vocational colleges carry out the reform of ESP industry English teaching,in the hope that the teaching practice of professional industry English can better provide assistance for professional development and further improve students’comprehensive ability.
