高质量发展视域下学前教育专业实践教学的问题与对策

摘　　要：高校学前教育专业实践教学的高效开展,对推进我国学前教育高质量发展具有重要意义。当前,学前教育专业实践教学存在实践教学标准尚未建立、实践教学共同体建设亟须加强、实践教学指导教师队伍建设质量不高、实践教学评价体系不够科学等问题。应着力构建高质量学前教育专业实践教学标准,多措并举助推实践教学共同体建设,“协同联动”建设高质量实践教学指导教师队伍,建立科学的实践教学评价体系。The efficient development of practice teaching of preschool education specialty in colleges and universities is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of preschool education in China.At present,there are problems such as practice teaching standards of preschool education specialty have not been established,the construction of practice teaching community needs to be strengthened,the construction of practice teaching instructors is not of high quality,and the evaluation system of practice teaching is not scientific enough.We should make efforts to build high-quality practice teaching standards for preschool education,take multiple measures to promote the construction of practice teaching community,build high-quality practice teaching instructor team by“collaborative linkage”and establish a scientific practice teaching evaluation system.
