摘 要:菌体蛋白饲料含有丰富的蛋白质,富含赖氨酸、蛋氨酸和色氨酸,饲喂动物后能提高饲料利用率和动物生产性能,增加养殖业经济效益。菌体蛋白的合成原料来源广泛,具有环境友好、富含粗蛋白和必需氨基酸等优点,对畜牧业的可持续发展和资源回收利用具有极其重要的意义。文章将菌体蛋白饲料进行分类并对其价值以及应用研究进行归纳总结,为菌体蛋白饲料的应用研究提供参考。Bacterial protein feed is rich in protein,lysine,methionine and tryptophan,which can improve feed utilization and animal production performance after feeding animals,and increase the economic ben⁃efits of the breeding industry.The synthesis of bacterial protein has a wide range of raw materials,which has the advantages of environmental friendliness,rich in crude protein and essential amino acids,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of animal husbandry and resource recycling in Chi⁃na.This article classifies bacterial protein feed and summarizes its value and application research,so as to provide reference for the application research of bacterial protein feed.
