摘  要:本研究旨在提升即食果蔬的食品安全市场监管技术水平,为保障我国居民身体健康和国家利益提供科技支撑,开发一种高效、快速的即食果蔬常见致病微生物检测方法,用于即食生鲜果蔬中沙门氏菌、大肠埃希氏菌O157:H7、金黄色葡萄球菌、单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌、轮状病毒、诺如病毒GI及GII型等7种常见致病微生物的快速筛查鉴定。将多重PCR与反向斑点杂交技术联用,一次检测即可完成7种致病微生物的筛查。结果表明,该技术具有准确度高、特异性强、无交叉反应和检测灵敏度高的特点,在提高检测通量的同时大大提高了检测效率。The purpose of this study is to improve the technical level of market supervision on food safety of ready-to-eat fruits and vegetables.Providing scientific and technological support to protect the health of Chinese people and national interests,and developing an efficient and rapid detection method for common pathogenic microorganisms in ready-to-eat fruits and vegetables,which is used for rapidly screening and identification of 7 common pathogenic microorganismssuch as Salmonella,Escherichia coli O157:H7,Staphylococcus aureus,Listeria monocytogenes,Rotavirus,Norovirus GI and GII.The multiplex PCR was combined with the reverse dot blot hybridization to complete the screening of seven pathogenic microorganisms in one test.The results showed that the technology has high accuracy,strong specificity,high detection sensitivity and no cross-reaction.It can improve the detection flux and detection efficiency.
