摘 要:为研发能降焦减害并散发特殊香气的多孔型材料,本研究先以魔芋葡甘聚糖(KGM)为原料,对制备工艺中的氨水用量和交联时间展开优化,并进一步与ZYFJ、WBTM香料复合,经流延成型制成复合多孔膜。通过FT-IR、SEM、等温N 2吸附以及压汞对材料的结构、形貌以及孔隙进行表征,考察了复合多孔膜的微萃取析出成分。结果表明,多孔膜最优工艺为浓氨水1.6 ml及交联12 h,此时KGM通过脱乙酰基增加了分子链段彼此缠结,赋予多孔膜更高强度。与香料复合后,多孔膜具有KGM片层与孔隙结合的典型形貌,与ZYFJ香料复合实现了KGM对其的完全包裹从而维持了KGM原有的三维网络结构;与WBTM复合赋予了更优的介孔和大孔结构。整体上,复合多孔膜具有平均孔径小于20 nm的介孔、大于40μm的大孔、超过90%的膜内孔隙率,能萃取到香料中的特殊香气成分,能对卷烟烟气中的多数有害物质实现有效吸附;使复合多孔膜在实现降焦减害目的的同时能丰富卷烟的烟气香韵。To develop the porous material that able to reduce hazard tar and emit special aromas,this study was first to optimize the process parameters of ammonia dosage and the cross-linking time based on KGM,then compounded with ZYFJ and WBTM flavors to further synthesize two porous membranes through flow Casting.Structures,morphologies and porosities of porous membranes were characterized by FT-IR,SEM,isothermal N 2 adsorption,and mercury intrusion,and emitting components from flavors were also investigated.Results showed that,the optimal parameters for preparing porous membrane were 1.6 ml of ammonia combined with 12 h of cross-linking,KGM increased the entanglement of polymeric chains through deacetylation and equipped the porous membrane with enhanced strength.After compounding with flavors,the porous membrane owned the typical morphology that KGM sheets were built with the pores,and compounding with ZYFJ flavor realized that a completely encapsulation of KGM sheets to ZYFJ,further maintained the original 3D network structure of KGM,compounding with WBTM equipped composite membrane with better mesoporous and macroporous structure.Both composite porous membranes contained the mesopores with the average diameter less than 20 nm,the macropores with the average size more than 40μm and the porosities beyond 90%to intramembrane,it was able to extract the special aroma components from each flavor and achieve effective adsorption of most harmful substances in smoke;so that the composite porous membrane could realize the purpose of reducing harmful components in the smoke while enriching the cigarette smoking aroma.
