摘　　要：通过现代学徒制将非遗古彩制瓷技艺人才培养产教融合,充分发挥职业教育在非遗文化传承和培养专门技能人才中的独特作用。建立非遗特色课程体系,探索非遗传承教育融入职业院校,着力培养高素质技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠的有效路径,推动非遗传承与职业教育同频共振,使非遗古彩制瓷技艺得到有效的传承。Through the modern apprenticeship system,we will integrate the production and education of the cultivation of intangible cultural heritage and ancient color porcelain craftsmen,give full play to the unique role of vocational education in the inheritance of intangible cultural heritage and the cultivation of specialized skilled talents,establish the characteristic curriculum system of intangible cultural heritage,explore the effective path of integrating intangible cultural heritage inheritance education into vocational colleges and universities,and strive to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,skilled craftsmen,and craftsmen from large countries,and promote the resonance of intangible cultural heritage and vocational education,effectively inherit the ancient color porcelain technology of intangible cultural heritage.
