摘  要:调查中医学专业学生对自身专业素质、学校教学和实习单位的满意度。通过岗前综合能力项目化训练后,实验组对学校教学、实习单位实习环境等的满意度高于对照组。岗前综合能力项目化训练能解决学生学习积极性不高、课堂参与度较低等问题,提升了课堂教学效果和学生临床操作能力。This study investigates the satisfaction of Traditional Chinese Medicine students with their professional quality,school teaching,and internship units.After the comprehensive pre-job skills project-based training,the experimental group showed higher satisfaction with the school teaching and the internship environment than the control group.The project-based training for comprehensive pre-job skills can solve problems such as low learning enthusiasm and participation in the classroom and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and clinical operation abilities of students.
