摘  要:目的评价参与式实践教学法应用于高校中医临床教学的效果。方法选择66名高校中医学生,根据随机抽签法分为探析组(33名)和参考组(33名)。参考组采用常规教学法,探析组采用参与式实践教学法,比较两组考试成绩、学习积极性、中医临床能力及教学效果认可度。结果探析组考试成绩、学习积极性、中医临床能力及教学效果认可度均高于参考组,差异有显著性。结论参与式实践教学法应用于高校中医临床教学可以提高学生的考试成绩和中医临床能力,激发学习积极性,提高教学效果,有一定参考价值。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the participating practice teaching method in higher education of Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical teaching.Methods A total of 66 higher education of Traditional Chinese Medicine students were selected and randomly divided into two groups:exploration group(33 students)and reference group(33 students).The reference group used the traditional teaching method,and the exploration group used the participating practice teaching method.The students′test scores,learning motivation,Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical ability,and acceptance of teaching effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results The test scores,learning motivation,Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical ability,and acceptance of teaching effectiveness of the exploration group were all higher than those of the reference group,with significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion The participating practice teaching method can improve the test scores and Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical ability of higher education of Traditional Chinese Medicine students,enhance their learning motivation,and improve the teaching effectiveness.It has certain reference value for Traditional Chinese Medicine clinical education.
