摘  要:目的分析医学教育创新研究动态及热点,为该研究的深入开展提供参考。方法选取中国知网(CNKI)数据库中2003年1月1日至2022年5月31日以“医学教育创新”为主题的中文学术期刊文献,运用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件绘制可视化知识图谱并进行分析。结果共纳入文献2069篇,年发文量整体呈上升趋势,关键词聚类形成九大板块,获得9个引用爆发的突现词。结论需加强作者间的深入合作以推动医学教育创新;研究内容主要在理论探索层面,后期期待形成体系,有更多成果转化;克服医学生创新创业面临的困难,需要学生、教育者开拓进取,需要国家政策的大力支持。Objective To analyze the trends and hotspots of innovative research in medical education,and provide reference for the in-depth development of this research.Methods Selected Chinese academic journal literature with the theme of"Medical Education Innovation"from January 1,2003 to May 31,2022 in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,and used Cite-Space5.8.R3 software to draw a visual knowledge graph for analysis.Results A total of 2,069 articles were included,and the overall annual publication volume showed an upward trend.Keyword clustering formed nine major sections,resulting in 9 sudden occurrences of citations.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen in-depth cooperation among authors to promote innovation in medical education.The research content is mainly at the level of theoretical exploration,with the expectation of forming a system in the later stage and having more achievements transformed.Overcoming the difficulties faced by medical students in innovation and entrepreneurship requires students and educators to forge ahead,as well as strong support from national policies.
