摘 要:目的了解广西某医学院校卫生事业管理专业本科生专业认可度现状,探讨提升学生专业认可度的策略。方法以广西某医学院校卫生事业管理专业本科生为调查对象,采用自编问卷对其进行调查,运用主成分分析法确定影响专业认可度各指标的权重。结果专业认知、专业情感、专业行为、专业匹配程度的权重分别为0.187、0.389、0.273、0.151;来自城市、自己喜欢该专业的学生专业认可度高于来自乡镇、农村及非自主选择的学生(P<0.05)。结论增强学生对专业的情感有利于提高其专业认可度。Objective To learn the medical undergraduates professional identification status in one of Guangxi Medical Universitie,explore strategies for improving their professional identification as well.Methods A total of 250 medical undergraduates in one of Guangxi Medical Universities were selected as interviewees to complete a self-designed questionnaire.The weight of each indicator affecting professional identification was determined by principal component analysis.Results The weight of professional understanding,professional emotion,professional behavior,and professional match was 0.187,0.389,0.273,and 0.151 respectively.Students from urban areas and those who liked their major had higher professional identification than those from rural areas and those who did not choose their major themselves(P<0.05).Conclusion Improving students′emotional attachment to their major can improve their professional identification.
