摘  要:目的提高低年资护士新生儿呼吸困难观察和评估能力。方法针对低年资护士开展症状评估培训,培训结束后通过理论考试、自我评价和满意度调查,比较培训前后低年资护士症状评估能力与病情观察能力。结果通过症状评估培训,低年资护士呼吸困难理论考试成绩有了显著提高。结论症状评估培训可以提高低年资护士呼吸困难症状评估能力,是一种值得推广的培训方案。Objective To improve the junior nurses′observation and assessment ability on difficulty breathing symptoms for neonatal intensive care department.Methods A symptoms assessment training was conducted for junior nurses,and the theoretical exam,self-evaluation and satisfaction survey were used to compare the symptoms assessment ability and clinical observation ability of junior nurses before and after training.Results After symptoms assessment training,junior nurses′theoretical exam score of difficulty breathing symptoms had a significant increase.Conclusion Symptoms assessment training can improve junior nurses′assessment ability on difficulty breathing symptoms,and it is a valuable training plan to be widely promoted.
