摘  要:对福建卫生职业技术学院2019—2021级老年保健与管理专业新生进行问卷调查、开展学情分析,发现学生大多具有医学中职教育背景,但存在专业选择被动盲目、缺乏对专业和行业了解、对课程兴趣低、对养老行业发展信心不足等问题。建议建立完善的认知教育体系,帮助新生加深对专业的认知和对老年人群体的了解,做好学业和职业生涯规划。A questionnaire survey and learning situation analysis were conducted on freshmen majoring in geriatric health care and management at Fujian Health College from 2019 to 2021.The results showed that most students had a medical vocational education background.However,there were issues such as passive and blind professional selection,lack of Learning of the profession and industry,low interest in courses,and lack of confidence in the development of the elderly care industry.It is recommended to establish a complete cognitive education system to help freshmen deepen their Learning of the profession and the elderly population,and to do a good job in academic and career planning.
