摘 要:探讨余甘子提取物及余甘子、山楂、茯苓等五种复配物对功能性消化不良小鼠的改善作用,为余甘子改善功能性消化不良提供理论依据。构建小鼠功能性消化不良模型,随机分为模型组、对照组、余甘子提取物处理组和复配物处理组,分别采用余甘子提取物低、中、高剂量以及余甘子、山楂等五种复配物连续三周灌胃造模后的小鼠。研究结果显示,余甘子中、高剂量(150mg/kg、300 mg/kg)提取物及复配物可以增加造模后小鼠的体质量及摄食量;提高小鼠胃排空率和小肠推进率,其中高剂量处理组分别比模型组提高45.16%和58.43%(P<0.05);增加胃蛋白酶活性,其中中剂量处理组增加39.33%(P<0.01);提高小鼠胃动素和胃泌素含量,以高剂量处理组效果最为显著,分别提高了149.89%和86.06%(P<0.01);降低血清活性肠肽含量,其中复配物处理组效果显著,降低了34.12%(P<0.05)。由此可知,余甘子提取物及其复配物均有改善小鼠功能性消化不良的作用,该研究结果可为促进胃肠道功能的产品开发提供新思路,为后续产品开发奠定基础。The ameliorating effects of Phyllanthus emblica L.extract and the five formulated products of Phyllanthus emblica L.,hawthorn and poriacocos on functional dyspepsia were investigated to provide a theoretical basis for improving functional dyspepsia.A functional dyspepsia mice model was established,and mice were randomly divided into a modelgroup,control group,Phyllanthus emblica L.extract treated groups(low dose,medium dose and high dose),and five kinds of formulated product treated groups.Phyllanthus emblica L.extracts(low,medium and high dose)and Phyllanthus emblica L.,hawthorn and poriacocos formulated productswere orally administered for three consecutive weeks.The results showed that,medium-dose(150 mg/kg)and high-dose(300 mg/kg)of Phyllanthus emblica L.extract and its formulated products could increase the body weight and feed intake of mice after modeling;the gastricemptying rate and small intestinal propulsion rate increased,i.e.by 45.16%and 58.43%,respectively,in the high-dose treatment group compared with the model group(P<0.05);The pepsin activity increased,i.e.by 39.33%in the medium-dose treatment group compared with the model group(P<0.01);the serum motilin and gastrin levels increased significantly,especially in the high-dose treatment group(increased by 149.89%and 86.06%,respectively,P<0.01);the active serum intestinal peptide level decreased,especially the effect of formulated product treatment group decreased significantly(by 34.12%;P<0.05).The ameliorating effect of Phyllanthus emblica L.extract and its formulated products against functional dyspepsia were confirmed in mice.The results of this study provide new ideas for the development of health products to promote gastrointestinal function and lay a foundation for subsequent product development.
