摘 要:习近平总书记关于善用“大思政课”的重要精神指示,为深化思想政治教育改革、形成大思政育人的长效机制提供了根本指引。相较于“思政课”,“大思政课”指思政教育使命更大、思政育人主体更广、教育时空延展更宽、教育结构开放更深。“大思政课”建设的根本理念与系统论具有高度的契合性。在“大思政课”育人系统运行中,目标性是逻辑起点,协同性是交汇节点,差异性是突破进点,动态性是创新亮点。以系统观念推进“大思政课”协同育人的实践理路包括坚持党的领导、凝聚育人共识,建设“大课堂”、拓展育人阵地,搭建“大平台”、丰富育人元素,建好“大师资”、筑牢育人根基。The important spiritual instruction of General Secretary Xi Jinping on making good use of the“Great Ideological and Political Course”has provided fundamental guidance for deepening the reform of ideological and political education,and forming a long-term mechanism for its use in cultivating talents.The“big”of the“Great Ideological and Political Course”means that the ideological and political education has a larger mission,a wider subject of education,a wider extension of educational time and space,and a deeper opening of educational structure.The basic idea of the construction of“Great Ideological and Political Course”is highly consistent with the system theory.In the operation of the“Great Ideological and Political Course”education system,the goal is the logical starting point,the synergy is the intersection node,the difference is the breakthrough point,and the dynamic is the innovation highlight.The practical way to promote the coordinated education of the“Great Ideological and Political Course”with a systematic concept includes adhering to the leadership of the Party,gathering consensus on education,building“Great Classroom”,expanding education positions,building“Great Platform”,enriching education elements,building“Master Talent”,and laying a solid foundation for education.
