摘 要:抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病,严重限制心理社会功能,降低生活质量。抑郁产生的机制非常复杂,且现今大多数抗抑郁药存在低治疗率,反应延迟和副作用大等问题。近年来,人们逐渐把目光投向天然活性物质,尤其是药食同源物质,以寻求高效、安全、低毒的抗抑郁物质。本文概述抑郁症的机制以及天然活性成分的研究情况,为今后筛选新型、安全、有效的抗抑郁活性成分提供思路,并为新型缓解抑郁产品的开发提供参考。Depression is a common illness that severely limits psychosocial functioning and diminishes quality of life.The mechanisms of depression are very complex,and most of antidepressants have problems such as low treatment rate,delayed response and side effects.In recent years,researcher gradually pay attention to natural active ingredients,especially those that are homologous to medicine and food,for effective,safe and low toxic antidepressant substances.This article reviewed researches on the mechanism of depression and natural active ingredients in recent years.It was expected to provide ideas for screening new safe and effective antidepressant compounds,and theoretical basis for developing novel antidepressant products.
