摘　　要：模型引导的药物研发(model-informed drug development,MIDD)是目前新药研究及药物临床个体化给药的重要工具,尤其是对临床药学专业学生来说,系统掌握MIDD尤为重要。然而,由于MIDD涉及复杂的医学问题、晦涩的数学公式及难懂的统计学知识,临床药学专业本科生在学习MIDD过程中存在一定的困难。本文将介绍基于案例分析提升临床药学本科专业MIDD教学的方法,并提出对改进教学方法的思考。Model-informed drug development(MIDD)is an important tool for drug development and clinical personalized drug delivery,especially for clinical pharmacy students,it is particularly important to master MIDD systematically.However,as MIDD involves complex medical problems,obscure mathematical formulas and difficult statistical knowledge,clinical pharmacy students have some difficulties in learning MIDD.Based on case analysis,this paper will improve MIDD teaching of clinical pharmacy undergraduate program and cultivate clinical pharmacy professionals.
