摘　　要：歌唱共鸣训练整个过程都处于“感觉”之中,在抽象的时空里寻找“感”与“觉”的统一。它需要运用思维来感知肌肉的运行,并逐步寻找平衡,因此教学中将抽象感知合理地形象化对实现肌肉的正确运行至关重要。文章在遵从歌唱艺术规律的前提下,从“空间”建造、身体顺位、释放、支持、面罩等核心技术训练入手,通过形象化表述设计和针对性实践训练,将抽象的共鸣训练手段具象化,构造科学、合理的创新训练路径。以此,获得歌唱美好共鸣及自然泛音。The whole process of singing resonance training lies in the"perception"and"feeling",seeking for the unity of"perception"and"feeling"in the abstract time and space.It requires the use of thinking to perceive the operation of muscles,and gradually find the balance,so the reasonable visualization of abstract perception in teaching is crucial to realize the proper operation of muscles.On the premise of following the law of singing art,the article,based on the core technology training of space construction,body sequence,release,support and mask,applies the means of abstract resonance training to a scientific and reasonable innovative training with the help of visual expression design and targeted practical training.In this way,the singing can show a good resonance and a natural overtone.
