摘　　要：人事管理工作在所有企事业单位中都有着至关重要的作用。在全国高职院校快速发展的今天,学院能顺利开展其他各项工作更需要人事管理工作的支持。人事信息管理是人事部门中的一个非常重要的岗位,本文从高职学院人事信息管理岗位现状出发,详细阐述了如何提高人事信息管理工作效率的具体策略。Personnel management plays a vital role in all enterprises and institutions.With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges across the country,the college needs more support from personnel management to carry out other work smoothly.Personnel information management is a very important post in the personnel department.This paper starts from the current situation of personnel information management posts in higher vocational colleges,and expounds the specific strategies on how to improve the efficiency of personnel information management.
