摘　　要：目的:通过中医临床肝癌病例数据采集规范化,以期获得可供真实世界中医临床肝病研究的病例数据,为构建中医临床肝癌病例数据库和知识库提供数据支撑。方法:以中医基础理论为指导,遵循中医临床自身发展规律,应用大数据知识工程理论与技术方法。结果:规范了中医临床肝癌病例数据,设计了中医临床肝癌病例报告表,制定了中医临床肝癌病例数据采集规程。结论:经临床验证与优化的中医临床肝癌病例报告表可实现中医临床肝癌病例数据的规范化采集,为开展中医临床肝病大数据知识工程研究提供数据资源,也可为中医临床肝病专科其他病种的规范化数据采集提供范例。Objective:By standardising the data collection of TCM clinical liver cancer cases,with a view to obtaining case data that can be used for real-world TCM clinical liver disease research and providing data support for the construction of a TCM clinical liver cancer case database and knowledge base.Methods:Guided by the fundamental theories of Chinese medicine,it follows the laws of clinical development of Chinese medicine itself and applies big data knowledge engineering theories and technical methods.Results:Data on TCM clinical liver cancer cases were standardised,a TCM clinical liver cancer case report form was designed and a TCM clinical liver cancer case data collection protocol was developed.Conclusion:The clinically validated and optimised TCM clinical liver cancer case report form enables the standardised collection of TCM clinical liver cancer case data,providing a data resource for the development of TCM clinical liver disease big data knowledge engineering research,and also providing a model for standardised data collection for other diseases in the TCM clinical liver disease specialty.
