基于控制图法评定茶叶中咖啡因的测量不确定度

摘　　要：不同人在期间精密度的条件下,采用GB 5009.139-2014的测定方法对质控样品茶叶中的咖啡因进行分析测定并获得40个测量结果。对测量结果剔除异常值并验证其正态性和独立性后,建立控制图(平均值图(X-图)、指数加强移动平均值图(EWMA-图)、移动极差图(MR-图)),并用控制图法评定茶叶中咖啡因的测量不确定度。经评定,质控样品茶叶中咖啡因的含量为(3.12±0.07)g/100 g,k=2。Under the condition of period precision,caffeine in quality control sample tea was analyzed by method of GB 5009.139-2014,and 40 measurement results were obtained.After eliminating the outliers and verifying the normality and independence of the measurement results,the control charts were established,including average value chart(X-chart),exponentially weighted moving average chart(EWMA-chart),moving range chart(MR-chart),and the measurement uncertainty of caffeine in tea was evaluated by the control chart method.Then,the measurement result of caffeine in tea was(3.12±0.07)g/100 g,k=2.
