摘 要:在有关熔融Nd/Fe系统报道的Nd的测量活度(化学势)中观察到了相当大的差异。为了获得准确的结果,文中采用电动势法和特制的钕浓差电池测量熔融Nd-Fe-B合金中钕元素的活度。为了对比验证,同时还研究熔融Dy-Fe-B合金中镝的活度。熔融Nd-Fe-B合金中测得的Nd活度接近理想溶液中观察到的活度。结果表明:在所研究的浓度范围内,熔融合金中B的存在不会显著影响Nd的活度。在Dy-Fe-B合金中测定到镝的活度与在理想溶液中观察到的相似。获得的结果与最新的计算相图评估结果一致,说明电动势测定方法获取的稀土活度具有较高的可靠性和精确度。A considerable difference was observed in the measured activity(chemical potential)of Nd reported in the literature about molten Nd/Fe system.In order to get accurate results,the activity of neodymium in molten Nd-Fe-B alloy was measured by electromotive force method with special Nd concentration cell.To compare and verify,the activity of dysprosium in molten Dy-Fe-B alloy was also studied.The Nd activity measured in molten Nd-Fe-B alloy was close to that observed in ideal solution.The results show that the existence of B in the molten alloy will not significantly affect the activity of Nd in the studied concentration range.The activity of dysprosium measured in Dy-Fe-B alloy is similar to that observed in ideal solution.The obtained results are consistent with the latest phase diagram evaluation results,which indicating that the rare earth activity obtained by electromotive force measurement method has high reliability and accuracy.
