摘  要:以牦牛犊牛胃肠道内容物作为菌源,筛选出3株同时对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌起抑制作用的乳酸菌,编号分别为A1、A2和A8。经16S rRNA序列分析鉴定,A1、A2为乳酸片球菌,A8为戊糖乳杆菌。经体外评价其益生特性,在培养液pH=4时,所有乳酸菌的活菌数均较高;培养液胆盐浓度在3 g/L时,菌株的存活率均在50%。筛选的3株具有潜在益生性抑菌特性的乳酸菌,可为青海地区牦牛犊牛预防腹泻复合益生菌制剂的研发提供参考。Three strains of Lactobacillus,designated as A1,A2 and A8,were isolated from the gastrointestinal contents of yak calves,which could inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli,Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus.16S rRNA sequence analysis showed that A1 and A2 were Pediococcus Lactis,and A8 was Lactobacillus pentosus.When pH=4,the viable number of all lactic acid bacteria was higher,and the survival rate of all strains was about 50%when bile salt concentration was 3 g/L.Three strains of lactic acid bacteria with potential beneficial and bacteriostatic properties were screened,which could provide reference for the research and development of compound probiotics for preventing diarrhea in yak calves in Qinghai region.
