摘 要:交流异步电动机是一种对电能进行转换的电力拖动装置,因在工作过程中易受强耦合性、非线性、外界因素等问题的干扰,导致对其控制效果差、能量损耗大,为此,该文提出交流异步电机直接转矩自动解耦矢量控制方法。采用直接转矩策略降低电机的耦合振动与磁链振动,构建矢量控制模型,实现电流与电压的静态解耦。通过自动解耦策略、模糊控制器与低通滤波器,在改善交流异步电机动态性能的基础上提高电机矢量控制模型的精度,完成交流异步电机的控制。实验结果表明,所提方法在额定转速与转速突变情况下与给定波形的差距最小、能量损耗低于112 V,具有良好的控制效果。AC asynchronous motor is a kind of electric drive device that converts electric energy.It is vulnerable to strong coupling,nonlinearity,external factors and other problems in the working process,resulting in poor control effect and large energy loss.Therefore,a direct torque auto decoupling vector control method for AC asynchronous motor is proposed.The direct torque strategy is adopted to reduce the coupling vibration and flux linkage vibration of the motor,and the vector control model is built to realize the static decoupling of current and voltage.Through automatic decoupling strategy,fuzzy controller and low-pass filter,the accuracy of motor vector control model is improved on the basis of improving the dynamic performance of AC asynchronous motor,and the control of AC asynchronous motor is completed.The experimental results show that the proposed method has the smallest difference with the given waveform under the condition of rated speed and sudden change of speed,and the energy loss is lower than 112 V,so it has good control effect.
