摘 要:内燃动车组的动力包安装对车体结构提出了更高的要求,文章以出口东南亚的某内燃动车组为例,分析了动力包的安装结构及检修孔对车体强度、刚度等车体承载性能的影响,以及进排气口对车体装配、密封、排水等方面的要求,详细阐述了内燃动车组车体结构设计中的重点和难点问题,并对动力包的隔热设计及车体轻量化设计进行了介绍。该内燃动车组车体的结构强度满足标准EN 12663-1:2010+A1:2014的要求。The installation of the power pack of DMU puts forward higher requirements for the car body structure.Taking the DMU exported to a country in Southeast Asia as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of the installation structure of power pack and the maintenance hole on the bearing performance of the car body such as the strength and stiffness,as well as the requirements of the intake and exhaust ports on the car body assembly,sealing and drainage.The key and difficult problems in the structural design of the car body of DMU are described in detail,and the thermal insulation design of power pack and the lightweight design of car body are introduced.The structural strength of car body meets the requirements of EN 12663-1:2010+A1:2014 standard.
