大米中重金属含量的测定及污染状况评价

摘  要:目的:检测106批次大米中的重金属含量并进行污染指数评估。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪对大米中重金属铅、镉、铬和总砷含量进行检测。利用内梅罗指数法,对大米质量安全等级进行评估。结果:106份大米中铅、镉、铬和总砷的检出率分别为14.15%、99.06%、66.04%和100.00%,超标率为0%。大米中重金属内梅罗综合污染指数为0.465。结论:对本次测试的106批次大米,铅、镉、铬和总砷的含量均未超过国标规定的限量要求,内梅罗指数法评价为安全等级。Objective:To detect the content of heavy metals in 106 batches of rice and evaluate the pollution index.Method:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS)was used to detect the contents of lead,cadmium,chromium and total arsenic in rice.Using Nemerow index method,the quality and safety grade of rice was evaluated.Result:There were 106 servings of rice.The detection rates of lead,cadmium,chromium and total arsenic were 14.15%,99.06%,66.04%and 100.00%respectively,and the over-standard rate was 0%.The comprehensive pollution index of heavy metal Nemerow in rice is 0.465.Conclusion:The contents of lead,cadmium,chromium and total arsenic in 106 batches of rice tested this time did not exceed the limit requirements stipulated by the national standard,and Nemerow index method was evaluated as a safety grade.
