摘　　要：随着国民经济的快速发展,人们对酒的需求越来越多。在此背景下,白酒获得了相应的发展机会。为实现白酒企业的长期稳定发展,还需要重视白酒产品的质量,根据市场要求以及企业自身发展需求做好质量管理体系的优化建设,保障消费者的身体健康。With the rapid development of the national economy,people’s demand for wine is increasing.In this context,Baijiu has obtained corresponding development opportunities.In order to realize the long-term and stable development of Baijiu enterprises,it is also necessary to pay attention to the quality of Baijiu products,optimize the construction of quality management system according to market requirements and the enterprise’s own development needs,and ensure the health of consumers.
