浅谈食品中金属异物的检测

摘　　要：摄入金属异物会对消费者造成伤害,这些损伤包括牙齿损伤、口腔或喉咙裂伤、肠裂伤或穿孔。有效的金属异物检测能够避免由于金属污染而导致的食品问题和召回损失。鉴于此,本文分析了金属探测器的种类、检测原理、标准试样的材质和类型,探讨了金属探测器标准试样直径的选择以及标准试样的放置,以期做好企业金属异物的控制,彻底解决企业金属异物检测过程中存在的问题,减少和杜绝金属异物不合格情况的发生。Ingestion of metallic foreign bodies can harm consumers.These injuries may include tooth damage,laceration of the mouth or throat,laceration of the intestine,or perforation.Effective metal foreign body detection can avoid food problems and recall losses due to metal contamination.In view of this,this paper analyzes the types of metal detectors,detection principles,the material and type of standard samples,discusses the selection of the diameter of standard samples of metal detectors,and the placement of standard samples,in order to do a good job in the control of metal foreign bodies in enterprises,completely solve the problems existing in the detection process of metal foreign bodies in enterprises,and reduce and eliminate the occurrence of unqualified metal foreign matter.
