摘  要:颅颌面肿瘤在切除后会造成骨质结构的缺失或错乱,严重影响了患者的生理功能和心理健康,因此后续重建手术尤为重要。而颅颌面骨复杂的解剖结构以及狭小的视野使得重建过程变得复杂和困难。虚拟手术计划为颅颌面骨重建提供了客观的设计过程与先验手术的机会,而如何获得一个正确的术前虚拟参考模型是术前计划的关键。目前的虚拟重建包括镜像、插值法、可变形模板和逐层重建等方法,其本质都是在剩余骨质信息的基础上,利用数学模型或参考正常人生理结构来获取额外信息完成缺损重建。深度学习将虚拟重建问题理解为形状的补全任务,实现了重建过程的(半)自动化。本研究回顾现有颅颌面肿瘤切除后骨缺损虚拟重建方案,按照方法学提供了全新的分类并对各方案进行评价。Craniomaxillofacial tumors can cause the loss or disorder of bone structure after resection,which seriously affects the patient's physiological function and mental health,so the follow-up reconstruction surgery is particularly important.However,the complex anatomy and narrow visual field of craniomaxillofacial bone make the reconstruction process complicated and difficult.Virtual surgical planning provides an objective design process and a prior surgical opportunity for craniomaxillofacial bone reconstruction;however,obtaining a correct preoperative virtual reference model is the key to preoperative planning.Current virtual reconstruction methods include mirroring,interpolation,deformable template,layer-bylayer reconstruction,etc.The essence of virtual reconstruction is to obtain additional information based on residual bone information and complete the reconstruction of defects by using mathematical models or referring to typical human physiological structures.Deep learning understands the virtual reconstruction problem as a shape completion task and realizes the(semi-)automation of the reconstruction process.This paper reviewed the existing virtual plans for virtual reconstruction of bone defects after craniomaxillofacial tumor resection,provided a new classification according to the methodology and evaluates eachmethod.
