摘　　要：课程建设作为高等教育“顶层设计”的一项重要内容,是一线教师最容易接触到、最容易开展、最容易取得成效的教学改革途径。5年来,内蒙古科技大学生命科学与技术学院生物化学教学团队通过“课程思政”“混合式教学”“项目教学”三位一体教学模式的综合改革,在思想价值引领、专业知识传授、创新能力提升三个环节持续发力,不断提高生物化学课程的教学质量,着力提升学生的思想道德品行、学习能力与创新能力,有效促进学生培养质量的进一步提升。As an important part of the"top-level design"of the higher education,the curriculum construction is the way of teaching reform for teachers most easily to contact,to carry out,and to obtain efficiency.Over the past five years,Biochemistry teaching team in Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology,persistently made an effort in the three steps,including the ideological value guidance,the professional knowledge imparting,and the innovation capacity enhancing,through the comprehensive reform of the trinity teaching mode including"ideological and political theories teaching in all courses","blended teaching",and"project teaching method".The major aim is to constantly improve the teaching quality of Biochemistry curriculum,to industriously improve students'ideological and moral conduct,learning ability,and innovation ability.These comprehensive reforms effectively promote the further improvement of student training quality.
