摘  要:学校一直都是学生知识增长和潜力发展的首要空间。新冠病毒感染疫情期间迫使学生的学习方式转变为远程教学和在线学习。值此之际,在线教学平台的出现开辟新的教学场所,为教学工作者和学习者带来全新的教学体验。学生能够通过在线学习不断发展自己的技能和能力,从而感受到个人价值的提升。这就是在线学习发挥效果的标志。该文从学校、教师、学生三方面探索学生在线学习效果的提升路径。教师和学校应以提高知识、掌握技能、促进团队协作及关注学生发展为目标,不断改善教学设计,调整课程教学章节和课程的进度,从而引导学生更积极主动地参与到教学中来提高教学质量。学生在学习中也应主动地融入到教学中,通过提高自己的参与度,让在线学习方式发挥其最大价值。School has always been the primary space for students'knowledge growth and potential development.The pandemic has forced students to shift their learning styles to distance learning and online learning.At this moment,the emergence of online teaching platform opens up a new teaching place,for teaching workers and learners to bring a new teaching experience.Students are able to continuously develop their skills and abilities through online learning and thus feel an increase in their personal value.This is a sign that online learning is working.This paper explores ways to improve students'online learning effect from three aspects:school,teacher and student.teachers and schools should aim at improving knowledge,mastering skills,promoting teamwork and paying attention to students'development,constantly improve instructional design,adjust the teaching chapters and the course schedule,so as to guide students to participate more actively in teaching and improve the quality of teaching.Students should also be actively involved in teaching and learning,by increasing their own participation,to maximize the value of online learning methods.
