摘　　要：新型冠状病毒感染疫情的持续爆发不仅影响人民群众的生命安全,同时给高校师范生教育实习带来诸多挑战。师范生教育实习是教师培养的必要环节,在疫情常态化背景下,师范生教育实习存在面临疫情防控压力增大、实地实习的不确定性增加、实习质量无法保障及实习评价单一等现实困境:在此背景下,高校根据疫情形势的变化,及时调整教育实习模式,积极倡导线上实习、线上线下滚动实习;进一步从明确使命、强化职责,落实防控措施、因地因时推进教育实习,整合优势资源、夯实教学实习条件,多措并举、构建全过程的教育实习评价机制等方面提出疫情常态化下高校师范专业教学实习转变的路径,从而确保教育实习的高质量完成。The continuing outbreak of COVID-19 has not only affected people's lives,but also brought many challenges to the education and practice of normal university students.Teaching practice for normal university students is an essential part of teacher training.Under the background of the normalization of the epidemic,the pressure of epidemic prevention and control has increased for normal university students'education practice.The uncertainty of field practice increases and the practice quality can not guarantee and practice evaluation single practical dilemma.In this context,colleges and universities adjusted their educational practice mode in a timely manner according to the changes in the epidemic situation,actively advocate online practice,online and offline rolling practice.At the same time,we further clarify the mission,strengthen responsibility,implement prevention and control measures and promote educational practice.According to local conditions,we integrate superior resources,consolidate teaching practice conditions and take more measures simultaneously.In terms of constructing the evaluation mechanism of the whole process of teaching practice,the paper puts forward the transformation path of teaching practice in normal colleges and universities under the situation of epidemic normalization,so as to ensure the high quality of education practice.
